Appointment Guidelines

Appointment

Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. Although we aim to complete your entire session within the allotted time, tardiness of more than 10 minutes could result in rescheduling. For detailed information on fees, please consult our cancellation policy.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

At the Beauty Mark., we have a 48-hour cancellation policy in place to ensure guests can get in for appointments on time and respect our providers’ as well as our clientelle’s time. Any appointment that is cancelled or modified less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 late cancellation fee that is applied to your credit card stored on file.  No-calls and no-shows will incur a charge of $100.
 
If a client late cancels three times, the client will then be required to pre-pay in full for future services at the time of booking the appointment. The amount prepaid for is nonrefundable if the no-show/cancellation policy is violated for the prepaid appointment. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled, before the 48 hours prior of the appointment time, the amount paid will be credited for future services at the Beauty Mark.
By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show policy. Furthermore, you cannot fraudulently dispute authorized credit card charges.
These policies are in place to ensure that your provider’s time is respected and to maintain the integrity of their schedule.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person, and while we do our best to achieve the most desired aesthetically pleasing outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.
We do not offer refunds on retail products purchased. Defective retail products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only. 

No refunds on gift certificate purchases.

Children Policy

At the Beauty Mark, we love babies and children, however, we ask that you please make childcare arrangements before your appointment. This ensures the safety of your children, as well as a relaxing environment for all our clientele.

Pet Policy

Although we love animals, we ask that you please leave your pet at home during your visit to the Beauty Mark. Should you arrive at an appointment with a pet that is not a service animal, you will be asked to remove the animal from our healthcare facility. To avoid any disruption or inconvenience, we ask that you please leave your pet at home.
